Preparing current home for move in a year and looking for indoor paint that is durable and can be wiped.......

...clean when it is time to move. Looking for light colors that new owner can easily paint over. Is there a paint that you could do one coat in a room and be done?Preparing current home for move in a year and looking for indoor paint that is durable and can be wiped.......
I always use American Tradition from Lowe's. You can coat in one pass, but I always prime before I paint. That way you can actually do it in one coat. You can go to the lowes website and play around with the colors by painting different rooms. Go with neutral/more toned down colors and you should be good to go.

As far as being durable and easy to clean. American tradition scores well again. Just get satin or above and you should be fine. Remember the more gloss you have the more imperfections will show.Preparing current home for move in a year and looking for indoor paint that is durable and can be wiped.......

American Traditions paint from Lowes in a satin finish should do the job. It's terrific paint!!! I did all the rooms in my house with it--easy to work with, easy to clean, and yes, if the walls were primed, it will cover in one coat if you use light colors. It is great stuff!!
Just don't get ';flat'; or matte finish, because it doesn't take scrubbing and washing well. Use eggshell or satin finish.
