What is the temperature in the house? I am sure it is not below 10C. Could you possibly be putting latex paint over what was previously oil based? This would cause the old paint to peel underneath the new coats.My second coat of indoor, latex, eggshell paint is not sticking. The first coat seems completely dry. Help!?
what did it do to convince you that it's not sticking?... come off when you removed the blue tape?... slide down in big sags in the middle of the wall?....
if it was the tape, you left the tape on too long and got too much paint on it... you need to remove tape before paint dries....
