We live in a very small place, and we would like to paint the indoor doors, which colour is best?

I'd think white...they will make it look larger. We live in a very small place, and we would like to paint the indoor doors, which colour is best?
if you have many colors going on in a small space white is best... if you are really stuck on what color, again white is going to be the best choice...We live in a very small place, and we would like to paint the indoor doors, which colour is best?

Lighter colors make small rooms seem bigger. Adding mirrors on the wall also gives the illusion of a bigger room.
Paint them to look like french doors with a beautiful landscape outside the faux windows.
Well, how about colors that you like? Calm and relaxing colors are nice. Try a calm, breezy light blue, or a light olive green. Maybe it will help settle down your home if it's crammed.

It might depend on the color of the walls. If the walls are a dark or vivid color, stick to a light complementary color, like glossy white, pale yellow, etc.

If the walls are a pale neutral shade (white, grey, cream, beige) it might be fun to mix it up a little. Most doors have depressed panels in them to give them a traditional-looking design. You could use the key colors you are using to decorate the room to brighten up the door.

For instance, if you are decorating in in brown and turquoise, you could paint the main part of the door beige, the recessed squares dark brown, and outline the brown squares in turqouise. If you use painter's tape to make the lines straight, it's pretty easy.

Hope this helps, and remember, since you have to live with it, pick colors that make you happy.
My vote is for white.
Light colors give the feeling of spaciousness. Dark colors will give the feeling of being in a box if your place is small.
I think light colors will make it look spacious, if you paint it some dark color it would look smaller than it already is. Beige, white, etc...
If your living space is small, I recommend light colors on the inside. Dark colors tend to give you a closed-in feeling. We have a small cape cod. We painted our doors antique white with a satin finish and are pleased with the results.
