What is a good low VOC indoor latex primer as I have red walls to paint beige?

Do not use Kilz. Use Kilz 2, it is the acrylic low voc primer. Or Bullseye 123 it is also acrylic and low voc. Both of these can be tinted. What is a good low VOC indoor latex primer as I have red walls to paint beige?
try Zinsser Bullseye 123 that works good. you can get it at home depot. Or sherwin williams Pro Block sealer/primer. Pricier, but worth it. And you can also have your primer tinted. What is a good low VOC indoor latex primer as I have red walls to paint beige?
KILZ is what I would use. Most places that sell paint sell KILZ.
